Night time construction and bright lights tonight 11/21/2025, a brazen violation of ECMC rules!

Humming noise woke us up!! 3:50am

It’s loud enough that it woke us up from a hard sleep at 3:50am. We have no white noise running – it can be heard clearly with the window closed and it’s LOUD with it open. It’s a low pitch humming that changes frequencies. Now we are awake and cannot cover the sound, even white noise. This is ridiculous – we were up wandering around the house trying to figure out what it was. I have lived here since Dec 2024 and have never heard this noise before. This complaint was filed with the ECMC on Feb 14th and received the following response: A representative from the ECMC is going to drop in on a few of the drilling sites during the day and see what she can find out. She said depending on if there are more complaints they might do a sound monitor. Update as of March 3 there has been no further communication from the ECMC and the resident has had to suffer through 18 days of interrupted sleep.
